About Dr. Nikhil

Dr. Nikhil V. Dhurandhar is a professor and chairman of the Department of Nutritional Sciences at Texas Tech University, Lubbock. He is a Fellow of The Obesity Society. As a physician in India, he has treated over 10,000 patients for obesity. He has received multiple international awards, has hundreds of scientific publications, and holds thirteen patents.

About Dr. Emily

Dr. Emily Dhurandhar represents the third generation of weight loss expertise in the Dhurandhar family. She has a Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences and her research focuses on human dietary weight loss trials. She has held a National Institutes of Health postdoctoral fellowship and has held professorships at two Tier 1 Research Universities in the United States.  She has authored 97 peer-reviewed scientific publications, abstracts or book chapters. She has helped hundreds of clients with fat loss at the Dhurandhar family clinic.
